We’ve seen that a few times, I think it happens right after we do an update… I’ll get some more information on it.
Are you seeing it on all of your jobs, or just one or a few?

Ok, we’re on it.
I would say for the moment try it with a different “machine” and make sure that you have all of the fields filled out (material type, size, etc)
Sometimes on a reload some of those fields which you may have previously filled out go blank.
tried it again: still the same result
